As the founder of Writing 4 Impact, I've come a long way from the school days of eagerly snatching up a fellow student's paper before class and "helpfully" editing it for them, or watching with bewilderment while my teachers covertly passed my latest writing assignment around to each other.
These early indicators told me that I belonged in the world of writing. A degree in education helped me define my writing skills through the lens of teaching. Persuasive writing became a valued skill as I navigated the corporate world as a freelance writer where I found an endless amount of topics to research and to use to educate consumers.
Now, 30 years later, I'm still as in love with writing and editing as I was when I was a kid. My writing career led me to specialize in the personal development field as a content writer for areas such as health and wellness, fitness, self-help and religion.
